Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Your likeness and your family’s are personal. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Contact: ffvoid@dreamy.voyage.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

Only to capture and produce your portrait, deliver it, provide aftercare and reshoots, issue receipts and answer your questions. We do not perform face recognition or matching, train AI models on your images, profile you, use your data for advertising or marketing, or sell or rent it.

3. Consent

Before a session we ask you (or a parent or guardian) to confirm by email or in writing that you consent to our processing the capture data. For anyone under 14, a guardian’s consent is required. You can withdraw consent at any time; we will then stop processing and delete your data, except records we must keep by law.

4. How long we keep it

5. Sharing and storage

We do not sell or hand your data to third parties. Portraits are stored and served using Cloudflare, Inc.’s cloud and network, which may involve data centres outside mainland China; we do this only with your consent and protect data with access controls and HTTPS. Your portrait link is an unguessable address sent to you alone.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask us to explain this policy. Email ffvoid@dreamy.voyage and we will reply within 15 working days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you may use the same address to exercise your rights under applicable law, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

We do not photograph or process images of anyone under 14 without a parent or guardian’s written consent.

8. Changes

When we update this policy we change the date above and tell existing clients by email about material changes.
