Terms of Service
Welcome to Chrono Photo (“we”, “us”). By booking or paying you (“you”) agree to these terms. Contact: ffvoid@dreamy.voyage.
1. What we provide
We capture, reconstruct and host volumetric portraits made with 3D Gaussian Splatting, and produce physical pieces such as scan cards, stands and lenticular frames. Collections, prices and inclusions are as published on this site and in the booking confirmation we email you.
2. Booking and payment
- You email us with the collection, who will be photographed, the occasion and your preferred dates.
- We reply with availability, the total price and any preparation notes.
- After you confirm, you pay by the method we send. This website takes no payments, and we charge nothing before you confirm.
3. Prices
All prices are fixed, in Chinese yuan (CNY), with no extra charges on the day. Add-ons (additional person, frame, renewal, offline archive) are charged only after you confirm them. Home visits are within the studio’s city; any travel beyond is quoted in writing before you book.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
More than 24 hours before your session you may reschedule free of charge, or cancel for a full refund. Within 24 hours, or if you do not attend, you may reschedule once; any refund is handled under the Refund & Reshoot Policy.
5. Hosting and renewal
- The hosting period starts on the day we deliver your link: 3 years for Portrait, Full Figure and Together; 5 years for Heirloom.
- We email a reminder 30 days before it ends.
- You may renew for ¥39 per portrait per year. A 30-day grace period follows expiry; renewing within it restores the link.
- If it is not renewed by the end of the grace period, we disable the link and delete the online copy.
- An offline archive costs ¥99 (included with Heirloom) and can be bought at any time.
6. If we stop operating
If we decide to stop offering the service, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email and provide the offline archive free of charge so you do not lose your portrait.
7. Copyright and use
We own the copyright in the portraits; you keep your own image rights. We grant you a perpetual, personal, non-commercial licence to display, share, forward and print your portrait. Commercial use needs our written agreement. We will not publish, display or share your portrait for marketing or with third parties without your written permission.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give us a working email address.
- Every sitter must consent; for anyone under 14, a parent or guardian must consent in writing and attend.
- Do not ask us to create content that infringes anyone’s rights.
9. Technical limits and liability
3D reconstruction is affected by clothing materials (sheer fabric, sequins, strongly reflective metal), movement and lighting, so minor imperfections can occur. Clear quality faults are handled under the Refund & Reshoot Policy. Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, except where the law does not allow limitation.
10. Changes
When we update these terms we change the date above. Confirmed orders follow the terms in force at confirmation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first try to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, they may be brought before a competent court.
